Apprenticeship & Skills Development Opportunities

At Yahweh Established Enterprises LLC and our affiliated ventures, we believe that sometimes the greatest help we can give someone isn't simply meeting a need today—it's helping them develop the ability to meet their needs tomorrow.

That's why we're developing apprenticeship and skills-training opportunities for individuals who want to learn a trade, develop practical skills, pursue employment, and eventually build a business of their own.

These opportunities are especially intended to help individuals who may be experiencing:

• Job loss or difficulty finding employment

• Homelessness or housing instability

• Financial hardship

• Limited work experience

• A desire to learn a skilled trade

• A desire to become self-employed or start a business

• A need for mentorship, direction, and a fresh start

Our Goal Is Bigger Than a Job

We don't simply want to teach someone how to perform a task.

We want to help people learn how to:

LEARN → WORK → SERVE → BUILD → LEAD

Participants may have opportunities to gain hands-on experience in areas such as appliance repair, electrical work, maintenance, home services, entrepreneurship, customer service, business operations, and other practical skills, depending on the participating venture and available opportunities.

The long-term goal is to help individuals develop skills that can become a career, a livelihood, or even the foundation of their own business.

From Apprentice to Entrepreneur

One of the things that makes this initiative different is our desire to teach not only the trade, but also the business behind the trade.

Where appropriate, participants can learn about:

• Performing quality work

• Diagnosing and solving problems

• Working safely

• Communicating with customers

• Scheduling and managing jobs

• Estimating and pricing work

• Purchasing materials and managing expenses

• Building a reputation

• Marketing and finding customers

• Operating a legitimate business

• Developing financial discipline

• Turning a skill into an independent source of income

Our hope is that someone who begins as an apprentice may eventually become a skilled tradesperson, business owner, mentor, and employer who can help someone else get started.

A Ministry of Restoration

We recognize that homelessness, unemployment, and financial hardship are often symptoms of much deeper challenges.

Our desire is not to judge people based on where they are today.

We want to help people discover where they can go from here.

“Let every man abide in the same calling wherein he was called.”

We believe that honest work, useful skills, personal responsibility, mentorship, and service to others can all play an important role in rebuilding a person's life.

Most importantly, we want these efforts to be conducted in a way that honors Yahweh and Yeshua and reflects the love, compassion, dignity, and truth taught through Scripture.
