When I needed someone to install a new dishwasher, I went to my trust community's webpage and asked for other residents' recommendations. Nico, representing Quickest Services, came recommended by everyone HANDSDOWN! When I initially dreaded having to look for someone, I now had the confidence I needed to call. And, am I glad I spoke to Nico!

During our initial conversation, Nico gave me the confidence I needed to know he was qualified (as an electrical engineer) as a service technician to install my dishwasher, and we scheduled the installation for his next availability. Before arriving, Nico sent me a text to give me his estimated arrival; and he actually showed up a little earlier.

Nico makes a great first impression! Very humble (speaks in a low voice tone), professional (in dress and presentation), friendly (with a great smile and handshake), respectful (put his booties on over his work boots before entering), and gets right down to business! [What impressed me most was his personal character and "servant leadership!" This man has a level of integrity unlike most. Meet him and you will know exactly what I mean.]

Nico immediately removed the old dishwasher and began installing the new dishwasher. He is definitely a fully competent technician. His expertise and background (specifically his level of problem identification, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills and decision-making skills) as well as his resourcefulness allowed him to resolve an identified glitch in the installation that I believe any other technician would not have resolved as quickly as Nico did. I mean that. Within a very short amount of time (within 30 minutes or so it seemed), Nico had my dishwasher installed and was headed out the door.
